This answer can vary quite a bit depending on the scope of the move, how prepared the customer is, and where we can park our truck. The average 1 BR apartment local move ranges from $400-$1200 while the average 3BR local home move ranges from $800 to $2000...some moves may take less and some may take more time. Full service local moves include our team wrapping and padding all of your major furniture plus anything with a door or a drawer. Disassembly and reassembly of furniture is, of course, included but it can definitely add some time to your move. CLT Elite crew members are trained to work quickly and safely to ensure your things are in the same shape as when we found them.

Of course! Packing can be the biggest headache of the entire moving process...we have expert packers that use high grade materials to safely pack your things to avoid any damage in transit. Depending on the size of the job, we may send the packing team out a day or two before the move so everything is ready on move day. If you only need packing materials, we can help you out there, as well...just let your estimator know which route you'd like to go.

We always work first to reach a fair and reasonable resolution with you. Our standard basic coverage follows the Texas legal standard of 0.60 dollars per pound per item. If you would like protection above this standard amount, you may purchase separate private insurance, and we are happy to recommend a reliable provider.

It depends on the size of the move. As a general estimate, 1 to 2 bedrooms take about 2 to 4 hours, 2 to 3 bedrooms about 4 to 6 hours, and 3 or more bedrooms about 6 to 12 hours. These are estimates, not guarantees.
